  • Availability: All handbags are subject to stock availability.

  • Accuracy: We aim for color accuracy, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolutions.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change based on market conditions.

3. Order & Payment Process

  • Confirmation: Orders are only dispatched after verification via phone or WhatsApp.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery 🚚

  • Coverage: We deliver all over Pakistan using trusted courier partners.

  • Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days.

  • Liability: Delays caused by weather, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • Window: Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Eligibility: We offer exchanges (no refunds) for manufacturing defects or incorrect items.

  • Condition: Products must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Shipping: Return courier charges are the customer's responsibility unless the error was made by Zeenat Styles.

6. Customized & Special Orders

  • Special orders require a full or partial advance payment.

  • These orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the process begins.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, photos, and product designs are the exclusive property of Zeenat Styles. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

  • All transactions are governed by the Laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

Yes! All our product photos are shot in-house to ensure they represent the actual item. If you need more "real-life" photos or videos, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp.

All items shown on our website are generally in stock. If an item is sold out, it will be marked as "Out of Stock."

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot make any changes.


For Lahore, it usually takes 1-2 business days. For other major cities in Pakistan, it takes 3-5 business days
