Welcome to Zeenat Styles. By purchasing our products and using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Zeenat Styles official sales channels (website, social media pages, WhatsApp, or phone orders).
1.2 By placing an order, the customer accepts and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Zeenat Styles reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

2. Products

2.1 All handbags displayed are subject to availability.
2.2 Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution differences.
2.3 Product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but minor differences may occur.

3. Pricing & Payments

3.1 All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
3.2 Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions.
3.3 We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods (bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.) where applicable.
3.4 For high-value or customized orders, advance payment may be required.

4. Order Process

4.1 Customers must provide accurate details (name, phone number, address).
4.2 Orders will be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or email before dispatch.
4.3 Zeenat Styles reserves the right to cancel any order due to incomplete or misleading information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier services.
5.2 Delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on location.
5.3 Delays caused by courier companies, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
5.4 Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the given address.

6. Delivery Charges

6.1 Standard delivery charges apply based on location and parcel weight.
6.2 Delivery charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

7. Returns & Exchange Policy

7.1 Customers must check the parcel at the time of delivery.
7.2 We offer exchange only, not refunds, in case of manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered.
7.3 Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
7.4 The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
7.5 Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, unless the mistake was from Zeenat Styles.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Customers may cancel their order before dispatch without charges.
8.2 Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

9. Customized / Special Orders

9.1 Customized handbag orders require full or partial advance payment.
9.2 Such orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

10. Product Care

10.1 Customers are advised to handle bags with care as per care instructions.
10.2 Zeenat Styles is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor storage.

11. Warranty

11.1 We do not offer formal warranty on handbags unless specifically mentioned.
11.2 Manufacturing defects identified immediately after delivery will be resolved via exchange.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Zeenat Styles is not responsible for:

Courier delays or lost parcels (though we assist in tracking).

Incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Damage after delivery due to customer negligence.

13. Privacy Policy

13.1 Customer data (name, phone, address) is collected only for order processing and delivery.
13.2 We do not sell, share, or misuse customer information.

14. Fraudulent Orders

14.1 Any fraudulent, fake, or prank orders will be reported to authorities.
14.2 Zeenat Styles reserves the right to block such customers from future purchases.

15. Promotions & Discounts

15.1 All promotions and discounts are for a limited time only.
15.2 Discounts cannot be combined unless clearly stated.
15.3 Promotional items may not be eligible for return/exchange.

16. Intellectual Property

16.1 All photos, logos, product designs, and content are property of Zeenat Styles.
16.2 Unauthorized use of our images, content, or name is prohibited.

17. Customer Responsibilities

17.1 Customers must provide correct delivery details.
17.2 Customers should inspect products upon delivery.

18. Force Majeure

18.1 Zeenat Styles shall not be liable for failure to deliver due to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or any events beyond our control.

19.1 All transactions are governed under the laws of Pakistan.
19.2 Any disputes will be handled in Pakistani courts.
