Zeenat Styles – Ladies Handbags (Pakistan)

At Zeenat Styles, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. To maintain transparency and trust, please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt/order ID) is required for processing.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

Customized or special-order handbags.

Items without original packaging or missing tags.

3. Process for Return/Exchange

Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery via WhatsApp/Phone/Email.

Provide your order ID, reason for return, and pictures of the product (if damaged/incorrect).

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility.

Approved returns/exchanges must be sent back to our address via courier.

4. Return Shipping Charges

If the product is defective, wrong, or damaged: Zeenat Styles will cover the return shipping cost.

If the customer changes their mind: The customer will be responsible for return courier charges.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued if the product delivered is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be provided through bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or original payment method.

Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our mistake).

6. Exchange Policy

Customers may exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value.

If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

7. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours with pictures/videos as proof.

We will replace the product at no additional cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Company Rights

Zeenat Styles reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if the product does not meet the required conditions.

Policies are subject to change without prior notice, but the latest version will always be available on our official platforms.
