1. 3-Day Easy Return & Exchange
We value your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel.

Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Requirement: Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is mandatory.
2. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following are not eligible for return:

Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Sale & Clearance: Products bought during flash sales or discounts.

Items missing original tags or packaging.
3. How to Start a Return

4. Shipping Charges

Our Mistake: If the product is defective or wrong, Zeenat Styles will bear the return shipping costs.

Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refund Policy & Timelines

Eligibility: Refunds are issued only for faulty, damaged, or "not as described" items.

Timeline: Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Methods: Refund amounts are sent via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
In case of a defect or wrong delivery, please notify us within 24 hours. Provide a video of unboxing as proof, and we will replace the product at zero additional cost.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the order is dispatched and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be cancelled.
